Top floor of a large artist's house

I offer to travelers the top floor of the house. Here you'll find a large bedroom (20m2), private bathroom, and a library/shared workspace. On the third floor, this space is cozy and very bright! The room has a large bed, plenty of storage, a desk (wifi and ethernet). You have additional heating if the central heating is not enough. The space I live in a large old house, which I have personally renovated and decorated. It is an artist's house, inspired by my passions: photography, DIY, design and music. On the ground floor, there's a large flower-filled courtyard, an artist's studio with photo studio, a music studio (piano, bass, drums) and a laundry room. A staircase leads upstairs to the shared kitchen and living room. The house is located in the center of Bagnolet, very convenient for shopping : You'll find 2-minute walk: supermarkets, bakeries, organic groceries, market gardeners, wine cellars, pharmacy, even a theater and cinema. The metro is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the center of Paris is less than 15 minutes away. Guest access I'll give you the keys to the house so that you can be independant. Access is easy via the central staircase, and you can enjoy the entire top floor. You can also enjoy the garden, kitchen and living room. Depending on my schedule and my projects, you could also use the musical instruments or the artist's studio. During your stay I speak French and English, and through my travels and creative collaborations I'm used to sharing spaces. When I have time, I enjoy interacting with travelers. The house is very lively, I have two children, I often welcome friends, with whom I organize dinners and evenings. There are often artists passing through with whom I create images or music. In the summer we enjoy the sun in the courtyard, in the winter we stay by the wood fire in the living room. Having grown up in Paris, I know the city very well and can help you discover it!
