Dear Guests! Our apartment is recently renovated, it has all the comforts for 2 or 4 people to enjoy a comfortable stay, ideal for a couple with children or 4 adults. The apartment has dimensions of 60 mtrs, distributed in a totally usable space with views of the Antonio Banderas square in the heart of one of the most exclusive and international ports, Puerto Banús. In the surroundings you can enjoy restaurants, shops, beaches... The space The apartment consists of a large living room with a very spacious open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds in the lounge area and a covered terrace and a separate bathroom. It is a comfortable space for a couple, a family with 2 children or 4 friends who want to enjoy the fabulous climate of Marbella and all kinds of leisure that the city offers. It is located on a 3rd floor, with lots of light and open views in the heart of Puerto Banus. Guest access All areas in the house are accessible. Other things to note As we love our home very much, we ask our guests to treat this house as their home. Apartment must be kept clean throughout the whole reservation. On the check out the apartment will be checked by the agent. All rubbish must be taken and nothing left in the apartment after the departure.
