Welcome to Grevillea Cottage, a cosy holiday retreat located only 5 minutes from the centre of Dwellingup. The cottage sleeps eight people, making it an ideal getaway for two families or a group of friends. PRICING Base rate $195-250/night (for up to 6 guests), $20 extra per additional guest (up to 8 guests) plus Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay, plus Airbnb Service Fee (calculated on booking) The space Grevillea Cottage was originally the Mill Manager's house, built in the mid-20th century. Since then, it has been lovingly restored with a fully functional kitchen, modern bathrooms, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating and comfortable, contemporary furniture. There are four bedrooms: two queen rooms, one twin room (two single beds) and one bunk room (four single beds), sleeping up to 10 (6 adults, 4 children). Linen is supplied (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc). The cosy main lounge lounge room has a TV and a wood-burning fireplace with a glass door. The second lounge room is perfect for kids (big and small) to hang out, play games and watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, rice cooker, cookware and complimentary basic pantry items The front verandah (complete with hanging chair) is an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon drink. At the back of the cottage there is a large undercover area, with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining setting. There is also a laundry with an additional toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please note : Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Pets are welcome (if they sleep outside and stay off the soft furnishings). The yard is contained but has a low heritage fence - so not great for jumpers or escape artists.
