Queen size Bed Room 2, Pets Welcome

This is a 2 storey house with 3 Airbnb bedrooms downstairs. We live upstairs a family of 4, some of us do shift work. We have 2 friendly dogs and 2 cats. We do share this area as well to enter, leave the house or use the laundry. Some noise can carry through our floorboards so if you need a very quiet , totally noise free environment it might not be the ideal place for you to stay. Otherwise we offer a very comfortable & welcoming home with full kitchen, bathroom & separate toilet. The space We have a unique position. We are at the end of a service lane , with lots of trees and somewhat sheltered from the main road. Full kitchen, oven , Induction cooktop ,microwave , dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. Living room, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and laundry area. Pets are also welcome, they can stay with you and we also have a small secured front lawn if they need to get some fresh air. Guest access Access to our place is through a service Lane. We are a the end of it. Free parking on the left hand side of the lane. We are 20 mins drive from the Airport and the CBD. Close to shops and parks. Regular bus service direct to the city every 20 minutes. Bus stop within walking distance. During your stay We are a family of four with 2 teenagers and few pets. Most of the time at home, so we are available if needed. Other things to note Pets are also welcome in our home. We have a little extra charge of $15 per pets to cover for the extra cleaning involved for when you check out. One of our poodles, Teddy loves to greet everybody and the other little one Paris, is more of a watch dog & barks a little. She will settle once she gets to know you .
