Local walks/bike rides. Outside seats & sun room to enjoy the scenery. Relax in peaceful surroundings. Great place to unwind in isolation down it's own access track. The space Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms with a comfortable lounge featuring an inglenook fireplace with a multi fuel stove. The crog loft has a dedicated laptop friendly workspace. Alternatively it can be used as a playroom (with games) or for relaxing. Kitchen dining room with mountain views. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, cafetière, range of pans, food processor and cooking equipment. Bathroom with bath / shower. Slim sunroom with bench seating. Bottled gas fired central heating. Being in a rural location, WiFi speed is quite slow. Smart TV. Cot bed and high chair stored in the cottage if needed. Access from the main road along a short track through a field which does not belong to the property. Plenty of car parking and sitting out space to enjoy the scene and magical sunsets (tables and chairs provided). Mountain stream running through the garden. Keysafe for access. Guest access Access around the path to the rear of the property is restricted. Other things to note Note that the double bedroom has low ceilings. Crog loft access has narrow, steep stairs and the loft has a low, angled ceiling. The house is on a septic tank so please no nappies, wet wipes, sanitary towels etc down the toilet as this will block the system. Please do not wear outdoor footwear in the carpeted areas. Boots and muddy shoes should please be left outside or in the sunroom as this has a tiled floor. There is ample space to park at the property and please do not park on the access track across the farmers field or across the gate from the main road as the farmer needs access at all times. If you do need extra parking you can park on the main road opposite the farm gate. Please ensure that the farm gate is closed as well as the gates to the cottage. The house is in a rural, mountainous location so utilities can be affected by adverse weather. Please inform us as soon as there is an issue which we will try and resolve with the utility providers.
