Other things to note - We will be at the property to meet the guests for the check-in and check-out. - We are available in case of any issue during your stay. - No extra charge for extra joiner guest if the maximum capacity of the property is respected. - The electricity is not included in the rental price, guest will be charged 6 THB per kWh. - Smoking is allowed on terrace / balcony. - Check-in and check-out times are flexible if possible. - The property is under self-catering system, cleaning including change of sheets and towels during stay are extra service upon guest request.
