Charming 1920s house – 150 m2 – Beaujolais

Charming 150 m2 house located in Beaujolais between vineyard and Saône. It can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people. Perfect for a stay to enjoy the surrounding walks and tastings... The space The house was renovated by us in 2017. It combines character, comfort and modernity. Spacious, bright, quiet and colorful; it is perfect for couples and families with young children. It can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people. Possibility to add a bed if needed. The front of the house benefits from a fully enclosed paved courtyard of 150 m2 where two beautiful lime trees stand (possibility to park a car). A shed will also welcome you to enjoy the mildness of the slightly wet summer days. The house is divided into 3 levels of about 50 m2. On the ground floor you will find a large cement tile floor entrance that serves a living/dining room, a living room/TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet. On this same level is also the laundry area. On the first floor, a large landing serves a bedroom with double bed (160 cm), a children's bedroom as well as a bathroom (shower + bathtub) and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor, you will find a desk with sofa bed (140 cm sleeping area) as well as a very large bedroom with double bed (160 cm sleeping area). There is a foam mattress (90 cm) in this large room for an extra bed (child). The whole is vast, bright and quiet. Guest access The entire house is fully accessible, only the cellar and a workshop that serve as storage, cannot be used by guests. Other things to note We ask our guests to respect our personal belongings. And since January 2021, we have welcomed a little cat to our home: Maya. Calm and wise, she will not disturb your peace of mind. We will simply ask you to take care of her during your stay (food, cuddles & games of all kinds!).
