Grand prix holiday house

Available: Lovely & clean 3 bedroom holiday home, located in the centre of Phillip Island near the Grand Prix track. 5 min drive to Cowes township & centrally located to more than 30 beaches across the island. Linen not provided but can be arranged at $15 per bed. Please Read Full Description Before Booking. The space The house has an semi warp-around verandah. An open plan kitchen, dinning room and living area, with a cosy fireplace and with 19 seats in the dining area and living area combined. A TV with a DVD and VCR players and an expansive library of movies and TV shows for guest to enjoy. 2 rooms with bunks and trundle beds and master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Lastly the house features a separate toilet and bathroom as well as a laundry. Guest access The whole house is rented to guests. While the garage has been converted into a studio apartment that guest can rent at an additional cost when not used by the owners. (Please contact us through Airbnb for cost and availability at time of booking) The garage studio has its own ensuite and kitchenette with dinning area with a queen side bed. Other things to note Please note that linens (towels, bedsheets and pillowcases) are not normally supplied. However if guests are unable to bring their own, linen can be provided at an additional cost per bed. (See description for details).
