This gem is located in the heart of Železná Ruda, just a few steps from the center and all the necessary services. It is an ideal place for a joint meeting of several families, a group of friends or, for example, corporate teambuilding. Enjoy newly renovated social spaces, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy rooms with comfortable mattresses. A stylish interior using wood will give your holiday the right mountain atmosphere. When you go out on the terrace in the morning, you will see a beautiful view of the meadow, forest and the majestic peak of Grosse Arber (1456 m above sea level) on the German side of the Šumava. On the ground floor of the mountain house you will find a spacious lounge with a comfortable seating area, cable TV, fireplace, bar, kitchen and toilet. In addition, you can enjoy fast internet, satellite TV and a 55" LCD screen with Netflix. Prepare your favorite drink and share your experiences with other guests. For those who like to cook, there is a well-equipped shared kitchen. Sheets, blankets and pillows are always available on site. --- 3) REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 5,000-10,000 CZK (200-500 EUR) is collected depending on the length of stay. This deposit serves as security for any damages. In case of a trouble-free stay, the deposit will be refunded in full upon departure. --- 4) CAPACITY OF THE BUILDING AND BOOKING THROUGH THE AIRBNB SYSTEM The total capacity of the house is up to 25 people. However, Airbnb allows reservations for a maximum of 16 guests.
