A fully furnished 18.41 sqm with a Double sized bed, 2 Seater Sofa, Bathroom, Kitchenette, Dining set, TV, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Basic Essentials, with a views of Manila Bay and Roxas Boulevard where you can watch the stunning sunrise and sunset. The building is located such that all daily necessity is within walking distance. Things like groceries, retail stores, restaurants and coffee shop, as well as lifestyle services that include laundry cleaners, barber shops, salons, banks and more. Guest access The building provides Front Desk, Lobby, Security and Maintenance. Guests have access to the Study Room, Swimming Pool, Gym Studio and Sky Garden. Guests are greeted with a complimentary Welcome Snacks. EV Place is cleaned and sanitized after every check-out. Bed linen, towels, matting, dish washing foam and other essentials are replaced. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Sorry, no parties or any loud activities. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on premises. Any inconvenience caused by the building amenities, the Host shall not be liable.
