The cottage is classified 3* by the tourist office In a privileged environment, in the municipality of Vienne, near Lyon, the Côte-Rôtie vineyards and the Pilat park. We offer our gite for rent, an outbuilding of our 1870 stone house, we live next to the gite. Beautiful exterior, gas BBQ, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. Shared heated pool at 28 degrees. Upstairs, patio, 2 bedrooms for 3 people with 160 x 200 beds and bunk beds for adults and toilet. The space The rooms are air-conditioned, we live on the property with our 3 children, the cottage is independent and attached to our house, in a Savoyard chalet style, mix of stone, wood and metal! We thought of this cottage as we did and we hope you feel good. We also have pets on the property: 1 small dog (Ulka, an Icelandic Shepherd) and 2 cats (Aragon and Sally). We provide bed sheets, towels, a shower mat, a tablecloth, a dish towel... and more on request. Guest access We pay particular attention to your comfort during your stay. You have access to your private terrace, swing, ping-pong table, park, petanque court, access to the swimming pool is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. only and it is shared with our family. Remember to bring your towels for the pool. Other things to note The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th, depending on the weather and whether the temperature is suitable for use. Deposit of €300 upon arrival The place is not suitable for weddings, communions, birthdays, stag or hen parties, The cottage must remain quiet at all times of the day and night.
