Rural country cottage – sleeps 4

Our home is a light and bright, renovated 3 bed semi-detached cottage down a beautiful, rural lane in the Surrey area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We wake up to the sound of horses and roosters and have the most gorgeous country walks right on our doorstep. 12 mins walk to the train station for London. Bedroom 1: king size bed with ensuite Bedroom 2: queen size bed with family bathroom Bedroom 3: mezanine bed with ladder with family bathroom 2.5 bathrooms The space Light, bright and airy cottage down a rural country lane, with a lovely outdoor seating area on the patio. Beautiful walks in every direction: down into the woods or up onto the heathland common. Walking distance to a gorgeous country pub. 7 minutes drive to another gorgeous country pub. A 12 minute walk to the train station: direct to London Waterloo. The cottage is rural but not isolated, and is part of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and situated on the Green Sand Way. Guest access The house is yours. Other things to note Bring walking shoes! We have always wanted to live in the countryside, down a country lane. So when we found Owl Cottage we knew it was meant for us. We lived in it for 5 years before doing the big renovation and are thrilled with the result. We are a family of 4. I'm a graphic designer and love running in the woods and listening to the owls at night. I love entertaining and also just chilling at home. Nir is addicted to mountain biking and has just completed the Lochness Challenge. Our teenagers LOVE living rurally, but also enjoy having access to the city via a short walk through the woods to the train station into London Waterloo.
