In a quiet area, in a modern house, traditional in style but light and airy inside, I offer clean rooms, private bathroom. Single room for 3rd adult/child aged 8+. Please read below for details/prices. Access to kitchen/sitting area. Breakfast:tea&coffee, Corn Flakes, toast& jam, ham&cheese Ample free parking. Storage for bikes and private parking. Easy access by car/bus to Chichester& Portsmouth, Goodwood Races, seaside towns Bus stop/station close (no noisy trains) Links to London & Gatwick The space The bedrooms are light and airy and the main bedroom has a sitting area with comfortable seating and a small table. Main bedroom: The main bedroom is a twin room for max 2 adults/children aged 8+. It is light and airy and has a sitting area with comfortable seating and a table. Single room: If there are 3 of you, the third guest, adult or child aged 8+, will be in the single room. If there are only 2 of you, but you would like a room each then please book for 3 guests, as above, and one of you will be in the single room. The cost for the single room is £35 per night and is subject to availability The bathroom: The bathroom is adjacent to the twin room. Apart from the toilet and hand basin, it has a hand-shower over the bathtub. Guest access Your access is as follows; Rooms you have booked and as explained under the title "The Space". Downstairs,: The kitchen /sitting room at all times. There are 3 easy chairs in the cosy corner. Space in the fridge: Breakfast is self-service, so you can eat when you're ready, and is a light breakfast as there is no formal dining area. I provide the following ingredient to use as you like: tea and coffee, Corn Flakes and milk, bread for toast or sandwiches, ham and cheese, jam and marmalade. If you'd like to bring your own food supplies, then you are welcome to, I will clear space in the fridge and freezer. During your stay I am an easy going person who likes to travel, spend time with my family and enjoy country pursuits. I will be happy to make any recommendations regarding walks, trips out or places of interest, but I won't intrude on your personal space or plans! In good time before your arrival, I can recommend a variety of pubs and restaurants, giving you time to choose the best for your group. I speak Italian, Swedish, some French and a little Spanish. Other things to note There is plenty of street parking outside the front door plus private parking behind the house. If you need storage for bikes, or a private space behind the house for your car, both of these are available, please let me know beforehand, Thank you. Goodwood is not far from here and access is easy, avoiding the city of Chichester. Please see reviews from earlier years. Near Chichester you'll find the typical seaside town of Bognor Regis and the beautiful sandy beaches of West Wittering.
