Renovated in 2024 to a high standard this 19th century town house is set in a charming and peaceful Devon village square. It comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms. The village boasts two amazing pubs serving great food. The house has a games room with a full size pool table, darts board and games console. Well situated for easy access to South Hams stunning beaches and a short drive to the outstanding natural beauty of Dartmoor. We welcome one well behaved dog. The space The house is set over 3 floors. The ground floor has kitchen/dining room which was extended in 2024. The games room, entrance hall and toilet. The games room has a pool table, Xbox and dart board. It is an ideal escape room for the children or for fun with your family and friends. There are full width sliding doors from the kitchen into a courtyard garden to the rear of the property where you will find a BBQ and can enjoy sitting out. The middle floor boasts a spacious sitting room with great views over the village square. In here you will find a TV, DVD player and a cupboard full of games. The family bathroom and a bed room with king bed and en-suite can also be found on this level. On the top floor there are more great views over the village and surrounding countryside. This level provides a further 3 bedrooms comprising a king size double room of 2 twin rooms and plus an additional spacious bathroom. Guest access Full access to the whole house and courtyard garden. Parking is free in the village square at the front of the property. Other things to note The property has a full use of WiFi which may be used for legal purposes. There is a washer/dryer and 2 x hair-dryer. TV, DVD and X-Box Travel cot and highchair are available on request. The nearest supermarket is approximately 3 miles away in the small town of Ivybridge Coop or a Tesco express. We welcome one well behaved dog, please note if you wish to bring a dog this will incur an additional charge of £25. Please do not leave dogs in the house unattended. Check in is 4pm Check out will be at 10am on the day of your departure. We ask that you kindly strip the beds on your departure. If you need an earlier or later check out time please ask well in advance. We will try and accommodate your request but It may not always be possible.
