In Spina di Marsciano, nestled in the beautiful Umbrian countryside amidst fields of wheat, vineyards and olive groves, is the Collina degli Olivi, a family-run Agriturismo producing extra virgin olive oil, seasonal fruit and vegetables. We are strategically located, perfect as a base for exploring Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Todi, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno and discovering the beauty the region has to offer. COORDINATES 42.978966, 12.268871 The space Agriturismo La Collina degli Olivi will accommodate you in an apartment with a private entrance on the first floor of a recently renovated farmhouse. Accessible via comfortable stairs, the apartment comprises a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms with terraces, and one twin bedroom. Also on this floor are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a double whirlpool tub. From the living/dining room, you can access the terrace to enjoy the splendid view of the hills of the middle Tiber Valley. If you're traveling in a group of more than six people, you'll have access to an additional sleeping area on the second floor, comprising a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and another large bathroom with shower, for an additional charge of €22 per person per night. If you're traveling in a group of up to six people and would like to use the second floor (two bedrooms and a bathroom), you can do so for an additional charge of €50 per night, payable directly to the property, with at least one day's notice. The property is not equipped with air conditioning, however there are fans in each room. For stays longer than a week, linens can be changed for an additional €8 per person. Additional cleaning is available: 1 floor for an additional €50, 2 floors for an additional €80. During the summer, guests can enjoy a splendid swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun in complete tranquility. To make your stay even more special, guests can take part in aqua Zumba classes with host Angela! (upon reservation with an additional cost of €7 per person, minimum 4 people). For a complete wellness experience, you can book a Swedish massage with Angela, lasting approximately 1 hour, perfect for reducing stress and finding balance and lightness (upon reservation with an additional cost of €40 per person). Agriturismo La Collina degli Olivi is the perfect solution for those seeking peace and tranquility, sampling typical seasonal local produce (walnuts, melons, pears, plums, tomatoes, persimmons, eggs, etc.), and discovering this unique region rich in history and nature. For those interested in exploring the surrounding area, the property offers the following options: HORSEBACK RIDING: Just 6 minutes from the property is the San Biagio equestrian center, where, under the guidance of experienced and qualified guides, you can enjoy horseback rides through the Umbrian woods and countryside. These rides last about 60 minutes or more, and are also ideal for beginners. E-BIKE RENTAL: Our guests can rent e-bikes directly from our partner "ebikeumbria," which will deliver them directly to the property upon request. In addition to exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside, guests can also choose from two different routes: LAKE TRASIMENO: This route includes a 55 km tour of the lake, starting and returning to San Feliciano, including lunch (difficulty level 2/5; elevation gain 1/5); WILD: A 25 km route starting and returning to Viepri (located between Marsciano and Todi; difficulty level 2/5, elevation gain 2/5).
