Accessible via comfortable stairs, the apartment comprises a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms with terraces, and one twin bedroom. Also on this floor are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a double whirlpool tub. From the living/dining room, you can access the terrace to enjoy the splendid view of the hills of the middle Tiber Valley. If you're traveling in a group of more than six people, you'll have access to an additional sleeping area on the second floor, comprising a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and another large bathroom with shower, for an additional charge of €22 per person per night. If you're traveling in a group of up to six people and would like to use the second floor (two bedrooms and a bathroom), you can do so for an additional charge of €50 per night, payable directly to the property, with at least one day's notice. For those interested in exploring the surrounding area, the property offers the following options: HORSEBACK RIDING: Just 6 minutes from the property is the San Biagio equestrian center, where, under the guidance of experienced and qualified guides, you can enjoy horseback rides through the Umbrian woods and countryside. These rides last about 60 minutes or more, and are also ideal for beginners. E-BIKE RENTAL: Our guests can rent e-bikes directly from our partner "ebikeumbria," which will deliver them directly to the property upon request. In addition to exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside, guests can also choose from two different routes: LAKE TRASIMENO: This route includes a 55 km tour of the lake, starting and returning to San Feliciano, including lunch (difficulty level 2/5; elevation gain 1/5); WILD: A 25 km route starting and returning to Viepri (located between Marsciano and Todi; difficulty level 2/5, elevation gain 2/5).
