The spacious and bright living room includes a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with premium bedding: - A bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed (180 x 200). - A second bedroom with two quality single beds (90 x 190 cm), which can be pushed together to form a king size bed (180 x 190 cm) according to your preferences. Bed linen, towels and bath sheets are provided for your comfort. The accommodation is fully equipped: washing machine, microwave, travel cot, etc. You will also have free Wi-Fi access via a Livebox 4, with a comfortable speed of 20 Mb/s. Pets are also welcome. A closed garage is available. A cleaning fee of €70 is included. Guest access A secure common room is accessible in the basement. You can store bicycles or any other bulky items there. Please note that this space, although locked, is shared with the other co-owners. As a precaution, if you leave a bicycle there, consider using a lock to avoid any inconvenience. Finally, please close the door carefully after each use. Other things to note The high tides, a true natural spectacle of the region, occur around the full moon. The sea then recedes for several kilometers, revealing an immense and changing foreshore, offering renewed panoramas every six hours. The English Channel is renowned for being home to the highest tides in Europe, described as "high tides" as soon as the coefficient exceeds 90. Thanks to the immediate proximity of the nautical base, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: sand yachting, sea kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, kite surfing, longboarding, sailing, windsurfing, and many more. The youth entertainment center, located a few steps away, is an additional asset for families. A stone's throw away, the Henson equestrian area (L'Étrier) invites you to discover the iconic Henson horses, in an exceptional natural setting, on the edge of the bay of Authie. Since 2001, the bay has been home to a colony of seals that I highly recommend you go and observe. To do this, leave at low tide, along the beach to the right as you exit the apartment (towards the lighthouse of Berck-sur-Mer). Allow about 2 hours of walking. Be extremely careful and be sure to respect the observation distances so as not to disturb the animals. Within walking distance, you will also find: - The Casino, located on Avenue de la Plage. - The 18-hole golf course of Belle Dune, only 2.5 km away. - The Aquaclub water park, ideal for the whole family. - And a little further, the "Arbre & Aventure" park, for a tree climbing outing in the heart of nature.
