In a village located on the Burgundy Canal and surrounded by a magnificent landscape, this pretty little bright house overlooks an enclosed green space, seen from a huge bay window. In this former carpenter's workshop, Cécile's paintings and sculptures are on display. An original place, restored with taste and sympathy. The space An opportunity to live in a traditional stone house, old floor tiles and wood recovered from the workshop throughout the house. The accommodation is independent with a bathroom adjoining the bedroom and a private kitchen/living room. A selection of books in English and French are at your disposal. The house and courtyard are sunny. Perfect for a couple. Guest access A very comfortable double bed. A baby cot is available upon request. Our garden is also free to access if you wish. Barbecue possible! Other things to note Dogs and/or cats are welcome. We simply hold you responsible for them and any damage they may cause. Smoking inside is prohibited. The Burgundy Canal passes at the bottom of the village. The walks along the canal are very pretty. Bike rental possible in Pont-Royal or Pouilly-en-Auxois by professional rental companies. Relax and enjoy this pleasant setting. There is a barbecue. In winter, heating is wood (Jötul stove in the living room) and central heating.
