Ban Krut Beach - Paiboon 3

My place is a private property located in "Suan Ban Krut Beach Resort". Right in front of the resort is a beautiful and peaceful long stretching beach suitable for relaxation. The property for rent is composed of 3 houses that can be rent separately. The houses are located within the same fence/perimeter with a regularly managed garden out front. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Other things to note For long stay guests staying 7 days and onwards, electricity and water usage will be charged separately. Electricity cost 5 baht per unit and water is 10 baht per day. Guests will be shown the electricity meter reading photo on the check-in and check-out date and asked to pay on the check-out.
