The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Living room/ kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and iron/ board. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement. The space Spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, please ask for more details Bedroom with zip link bed/s which can be as twin or as kingsize, please indicate preference when booking. 2 bathrooms - one full size with large bath and separate shower and one shower room with wc and whb. You'll find fresh milk in the fridge along with butter, jam & marmalade. In the cupboard there's coffee (fresh and instant), tea, cereal and sugar. As well as bed linen change, mattress and pillow protectors will be changed, as will pillows. Please ask any questions or make special requests. Guest access The apartment is fully self contained with direct access from the garden which is off the old cobbled lane. Guests are very welcome to use the decked area immediately outside back door (weather permitting). Owner lives upstairs in two floors above. The whole apartment (3 floors) is the lower half of a Victorian terraced house dating back to 1873. Other things to note I do have cats who have occasional access to the garden flat (when there are no guests and back door is open), so if you have a major allergy to cats, this may not be the place for you. As a dog owner, dogs are welcome by prior agreement so when booking please check with me. They may not go onto the sofa or the bed as other guests need to use these facilities. I'd ask that dog/s are not left in the apartment when guests are out as some dogs experience separation anxiety. And please don't let dog out into back garden to do the toilet. Sorry to have to state what seems obvious but regrettably I've had to deal with all of these issues and just want to avoid a potentially embarassing situation. Many thanks.
