An experience that will surely love you! The space Magnificent duplex apartment of 85 m2 distributed over three floors and located in the main building. It has different levels that make it fun and that give it an exceptional personality, all with very neat furniture and decoration. On the lower floor, it has a dining room integrated in the same space with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Going up a few steps is the reading area which, facing the dining room, is a very fun room, from here you can see the different levels of the apartment. It has a comfortable sofa, several designer furniture and a flat-screen TV. Accessing from the living room by a wonderful iron staircase, there is a second seating area which has an ideal working area for those who need to be connected. This area is located in a loft space, very original, low ceiling and also has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. In the second level we have the bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a comfortable bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a large closet. The apartment has air conditioning hot and cold. You will also find everyday appliances such as microwave, combi fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer ... As part of the trousseau, crockery, glassware, cutlery, the bed linen, the towels, some cleaning utensils ... The apartment is located on the first floor of the main building, which does NOT have an elevator. In addition, this apartment has a direct private access that will allow you access to the shared solarium terrace. Guest access This magnificent accommodation provides you with use and enjoy several common areas available at different times and times. On the ground floor of the main building you will find, in addition to the reception, the dining area for breakfast, a work area with free wi-fi, a pleasant reading area with natural light, our lounge chaired by its beautiful fireplace...a place of rest and meeting if you want to leave the private area of your apartment, suite or room. Optional breakfast service in the main building 08:00 - 10:00 (€ 12 adult and € 10 children (between 4 and 12 years)).
