A spacious 4bhk villa in a clean, peaceful and CCTV secured Gated community 5 mins away from the main market and 2.9 kms from the railway station. It is a clean and basic no frill villa yet it has all the necessities to make your stay comfortable at very affordable rates. The space MOONSTONE VILLA (Only Boys Group NOT Allowed) • A Beautiful and Large 3000 Sqft 4 Bedroom Villa with a private pool in Lonavala in a secured gated community of 32 Villas. ‌ • LOCATION : just 5 mins away from the main market area in a very convenient and peaceful surrounding behind Narayani dham temple. • FOOD: The guests can enjoy breakfast at Rs 150, authentic unlimited thali at Rs 250 and Dinner at Rs 200 at our Society Pure Veg Canteen, it serves a variety of cuisines on pre order basis along with Jain Food. Zomato is operational for delivery and all restaurants deliver as well since we're centrally located. KITCHEN: Per day fees is Rs 500. A kitchen is available in the villa for warming food and making basics like tea, coffee, maggi etc. It comes with a water purifier, a gas and a refrigerator. Please keep in mind that we only have basic utensils and crockery in the kitchen. Also getting your own Maharaj to cook and Barbeque is strictly NOT allowed. OUTDOOR AREA : We have a outdoor gravel garden with a swing and hammock. Our sit out has ambient lighting where you can relax and unwind for a beautiful evening with family and friends. SMOKING AND SHEESHA are allowed in the outdoor sit out area. •Air conditioning installed in all bed rooms. . A WIFI connection is installed in the Living Room. • A Television with Tata sky connection is available in the Living Room. However please note that if at all the sky is cloudy and not clear, Tata Sky might not be operational. • SWIMMING POOL : We have a private pool available inside the premises of the villa. Playing Loud Music in the outdoor and making noise is strictly not allowed after 10pm. We have neighbors so please respect their privacy and play soft music inside the villa if you wish to. OUTDOOR GAMES: A play ground is available to use for games like cricket, badminton, football etc. We have 2 bicycles available for our guests to use. INDOOR GAMES: Carom, UNO, Jenga, a basket ball ring and dart are available to play in the villa. We also have a cricket bat and badminton rackets which can be used at the play ground. CARETAKER : We have a caretaker who will help you with check in ,check out and will come once every morning and once every evening before 7 pm to clean the house. Please keep in mind that the caretakers do not cook or get supplies from outside for you. LINENS : The Bedsheets and Blankets are laundered after every guests visit along. We provide only handwash and shower gel so please make sure to carry towels/napkins and the other toiletries. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Rs 5000/- will be collected on check in and will be refunded on check out if no damage is caused to the property or the amenities provided by us. We strictly do NOT allow any kind of decoration or sticking on walls. If found there will be a reduction of Rs 5000 from your security deposit. Electricity: If there is a power cut we have an emergency backup inverter which supports only 1 light and fan in each of the 4 rooms and bathrooms along with the living room. (Ac, fridge, geyser, tv and outdoor lights will not be functional.) Pets are NOT allowed. • TIMINGS: Check in Time 1pm and Check out time 11am. Guest access Guests can access the entire villa along with the Swimming Pool, Canteen and Playground in the gated community as well. Guests do not have access to the terrace and bathtub.
