Kitsune Saigon is central (1.8km from Notre-Dame Basilica) but very much easier to get to the airport (4.4km) than other central areas. Please don't expect our place to be full of backpackers and 3 steps from Saigon Opera. It's in a very quiet alley off the bustling Hai Ba Trung street. If you want to break free from the partying-all-night scene and still want the access to all the convenience and good food, this is your place. Biggest bonus: me. The space >> Address: 433/8 Hai Ba Trung, District 3 >> Our housekeeper is living in the house to keep the space clean. No 24/7 reception or guard. >> Early check-in: only possible if the previous guests check out early or no guest was staying the night before. NO CHECKIN AFTER 10PM >> Luggage drop off: since 6AM >> ROOM 2B: - On the 2nd floor, left side of the stair - Ensuite bathroom - Wifi speed: 250Mbps - Giant window with a small balcony so plenty of light and air! - Latex mattress - Queen bed 160x200 cm - We clean your room and change your sheets once per week if your stay > 7 days - Instant and live conversation with host >> COMMON SPACE - No elevator - Living room & Kitchen: on the ground floor with unlimited drinkable water to refill and basic condiments and seasoning - Laundry room (open from 8AM to 9PM): on the 4th floor with free detergent & softener >> PARKING: - Free street parking for bikes/ motorbikes in front of the house - Paid overnight parking at District 1 Hospital (Benh Vien Quan 1) - 200 meters away. >> MULTI-LAYER SECURITY: - The house doors: closed from 10PM to 8AM - The alley gate: closed from 10PM to 6AM - It does NOT mean curfew but you must read my checkin instruction carefully on how to get in after 10PM or check out before 6AM Guest access You can use the living room and kitchen, and laundry machine (on 4th floor). Those will be shared with other guests in the house and our housekeeper as well. During your stay We expect basic interaction with guests before and during trip to avoid any disappointment, misinformation and confusion. I'll try to be there to greet you if you come around the afternoon. Our housekeeper doesn't speak any English. If you need her help, tap on her shoulder and use your body language or google translate ;) If it doesn't work, call me! Also call me if you need help checking in or if you get lost on the streets. Because unlike your exes, I'll be there for you. Other things to note 4 STAR ratings mean "great" for guests but "bad" hosts since 4 star listings have high chance to be REMOVED by Airbnb. We strive for 5-star service but please keep in mind we don't have 5 star hotel amenities nor charge 5 star price. 1. If these below bother you, this is NOT the place for you: - MULTI-LAYER SECURITY: the alley gate and the house doors must be locked from 10PM to 6AM - NO INDOOR PARKING overnight. Paid parking is 200meters from home. - NO TV: TVs in Airbnb homes are target for thieves. So we try to keep the portable assets minimal. - WE'RE NOT A HOTEL: no night guard, no 24/7 open doors, no midnight checkin. House rules are important to follow. But you have me, I'm better than your average hotel receptionist ;) - ROOM PRICE: free use of cooking tools, appliances, laundry machine, softener, detergents are included. No hidden fee unless asset damage is caused. 2. Penalty: Damage of towels, beddings or other assets caused by guests will be charged according to market price. This is a safe area. We have multi-layer security & CCTV. If anyone was caught damaging, vandalizing properties from the house or other guests or committing any act that violates the Vietnam Law, he/ she will be asked to leave the house immediately without any refund.
