Charming 2 room flat (41 m2) with a light and airy feel, located close to the beach, the market and the station. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift) of a small residence, we have completely renovated it in 2021 to make it our second home. We welcome you with pleasure all year round. Very functional, with its separate kitchen and two distinct sleeping areas, it is ideal for two couples, or a family with two children. The space Large, bright living room facing the street (double glazing), furnished with a top-of-the-range sofa bed (contemporary convertible) and a living room table for 4 (+ extension) allowing you to eat all your meals facing the bay window opening onto the balcony. Separate kitchen with a vintage feel: fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, waffle iron. Room on the courtyard, with view on the Winter City and the Montretout and Mozart Villas. Bathroom with washing machine. The TV in the living room is equipped with a DVD player and you will find a wide selection of films (family films, adventure, action, James Bond, comedies, films d'auteur...). Board games are also available. The flat is connected to the Orange fibre. Guest access Just off the train, you can walk to the flat in less than 10 minutes, through the charming pedestrian streets of the centre of Arcachon. If you come by car, parking in the street in front of the flat (and the surrounding streets) is free. There is also paid parking in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note This flat is ideally located for walking to the centre. The basic rental price per night does not include the provision of bed linen and towels. For weekly rentals in high season (July & August), towels are provided free of charge. Rental price : Bed linen for 2 persons: 20 € per set of 140 cm bed linen Towel kit (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel): 10 € per person. Pillows, bedspreads and duvets (light for summer/half-season and warm for winter) are available. We leave all our basic groceries at our guests' disposal: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and spices, mustard, ketchup, sugar, etc... as well as tea, infusions and Nespresso capsules.
