This cozy & bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the residential building in Saburtalo district - one of the central districts of Tbilisi. Apartment has the separate bedroom, is newly renovated and is equipped with all necessary amenities.. Shops, cafes, restaurants (with Georgian and International cuisines) and pharmacies are located within the short walking distance. Additionally, there are couple of groceries which sell fresh natural products on the ground floor of the building. The space My aim is to make guests feel comfortable during their stay. After deciding to host foreign guests, I discovered, that except the financial benefit, I really enjoy communicating with guests and hosting them in Georgia. I’ve already made some new friends and together with them, found out many new interesting places in Tbilisi. It is always nice to have a small chat about different topics and exchange the information. Guest access The Studio type flat has the separate bedroom, private bathroom & toilet. Apartment is equipped with the cable TV, internet, washing machine, cooker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, iron, etc. Other things to note In case of travelling by car, you can use the free public parking in the yard of the house block. The gate of the yard can be controlled by the remote keys that will be passed to you on arrival. Apartments is located in the center of the city and is well-accessed by the public transport. Bus stop is just next to the apartment.
