Guest House by the Sea-West Cross/Mumbles

A self-contained annexe with private access, on a quiet street in West Cross. It’s a short 5 minunte walk to the seafront promenade where you can enjoy walks and take in the sea air, and a further 10 -15 minute walk into Mumbles with all of the amenities including a wide variety of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The location is also ideal for those wanting a gateway to the Gower Peninsula, which is a short drive away with award winning beaches and beauty spots. The space The annexe is self-contained with private access, a super king size bed for those who like added luxury, an en-suite shower and a kitchenette with table and chairs for two. The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, small sink, kettle and toaster, ideal for making breakfast, tea/coffee and light snacks - and perfect to use as a base to enjoy the local amenities. Please note there are no cooking facilities (microwave, oven or hob). There is broadband throughout the guest house. The room has sliding double doors leading out onto a small paved patio area, which you are welcome to sit in, on the table and chairs provided. The guest house is attached to our garden – you may see us also using the garden. There is plenty of on-street parking. Other things to note West Cross and Mumbles is hilly. While the promenade is flat, the guest house is a 5 min walk on an incline.
