NEW bathroom! A comfy apartment in Schwarzach - the center of Ski amadé in SalzburgerLand. Reach the town and shops within 2 minutes by car or 5 minutes on foot. Hiking trails, mountain walks, biking, playgrounds, shops & train station are in walking distance. Many sports & leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Skiing: 10 min. to St. Johann/Alpendorf or to Dorfgastein (Ski amadé). Provided: Bedware & 1 towelset each Not included: Tourismfee € 1,55 per night/person - cash or payp*l The space First things first - our house is on a little hill so you have to drive or walk uphill! In winter the skibus starts down in the valley, that’s a 5 minute walk on foot (back home longer, it’s a little hike). Or you drive with your car to the next cablecar approx 10 minutes. We've been living in this cozy appartment for years and love the athmosphere especially of the high and big livingroom. The rooms are bright. The doubleroom "Mountainview" is quite big, the other double room with the extra beds only 11 qm. > It's a one floor appartment, but some doors may be too narrow for wheelchairs. > we love to have families with little kids & babies as guest, but attention - the sockets are not babysafe PS: After moving out we've been renovating and painting the appartment by ourself (so please be tolerant with some painting fails) We are constantly renovating this place. Some parts are brandnew, some need to be modernised. we are aware of that. Pls be fair in the rating, we are not keeping any secrets about the status quo ;) PSS: Pls check the equipment information carefully: We do not have an extra skistorage, no washing maschine and no dishwasher in the kitchen. sorrü :) Guest access The apartment has its own entrance, so you are completely undisturbed.
