A truly clean, sanitized place.if you are planning to host events / parties, check with me first. my place is perfect for people who appreciate style & class. XL jacuzzi use is extra @Rs. 2650/day. The space The super comfortable, artsy and out of the ordinary bedrooms of my home have stunning art & antiques, Exquisite furniture including luxury, king size beds with super comfortable mattress which provide ample impetus to cuddle, snuggle and sleep as comfortably as a baby. each room comes with its unique design & style and is equipped with wine bars. Eat & Sleep ! relax , unwind & rejuvenate ! Guest access A private , stylish and super comfortable Aircon bedroom with XTRA long beds. All rooms are Ensuite / private bathroom and toilet. you are free to enjoy the living / dining room ,Lobby, common Balcony , terrace & terrace garden equipped with extra large Jacuzzi and an honesty bar ( on payment ) Other things to note this is a top floor , terrace penthouse style apartment. the lift comes up till 3rd floor ,then you need to walk 10-12 easy steps / stairs to reach the apartment. the entire house is non smoking. you can only smoke on the terrace. NO loud noises , NO loud music after 11PM. please treat the place , furniture, art and antiques with love and respect. Note : To use the open air Xtra Large heated jacuzzi , an additional charge of Rs. 2650 for 2 night stay applies. **Breakfast is available upon request, at an additional charge. ***Optional - A full time (10 Hours Max.) Care Taker can be provided at an cost of INR 850/- per day additional, to clean the entire house, to make Tea/Coffee & to cook Meals for you. ****NO smoking inside the house. you can smoke on The terrace. We have a right to charge you a penalty of INR 5000/-, if found smoking inside the house. *****Our pricing policy : 1 person to get 1 room ( other 3 rooms are locked by us. however , place is exclusively for your use with NO other guests) 2-4 persons get 2 rooms ( other 2 rooms are locked by us. however , place is exclusively for your use with NO other guests) , 5-6 persons get 3 rooms ( other 1 room is locked by us. however , place is exclusively for your use with NO other guests) ,more than 6 guests get ALL the 4 rooms. abundant & free car parking is available around the house. PS:: Aircons Must be switched off when NOT required OR when you are NOT present at the property No additional guests than originally booked.
