Private beach property with two separate houses.

My place is just in front of the beach. You’ll love my place because of the view, the tranquil sounds from the sea and the big beautiful private garden. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) and can accommodate big groups. We also have a pool for adults and a pool for kids that add more fun of your stay . Our garden infront and in the pool area will give you the pleasure to grill and other things or activities you like to do for a relaxing vacation. The space The property consists of a 2000 square meter lot. The premises are 100% private and surrounded by a fence. The main building has a very spacious living room and dining room. with high ceilings. In addition kitchen, two big bedrooms with bathrooms and a billiard room. Beside the main building there is a fully airconditioned guest house with a 2 room flat with terrace and a bathroom/toilet and another single room with bathroom/toilet for your disposal on the other side area of the guest house. The other side of the main building facing the sea there is a porch,garden and a private pool which you can use 24hrs. The smaller aircondition in the dining area/living room is included in the rental price. Please close all doors and windows when aircondition is ON. Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire property. In addition, you will of course have access to the beach. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests, but the listed price is for up to 10 guests only. Airbnb will automatically add an extra fee of PHP350 per night per extra person when you do your booking. Other things to note In addition, we are providing you a Billiard room, Cable TV , Darts, Movie theater, and wifi internet connection for you to enjoy while you are in our humble haven. We are also providing you mineral water all throughout your stay . Our caretakers will assist you on this .
