PINPIN FARMS – UNCLE JULES' FARM

Experience a magical stay by rediscovering the soul of a traditional Vosges home in the "Ferme de l'oncle Jules". This Vosges farm, built in 1850, has survived various wars. During a very successful recent restoration, the barn, stable and original living area of the farm were brought together to become a warm home with modern comforts. The space By staying in this large cottage, you will feel forgotten emotions thanks to the careful decoration consisting of traditional Vosges objects. The "Ferme de l'oncle Jules", designed for 7 people, opens onto a kitchen with a collector stove that also provides central heating for the house. Around the kitchen are two living rooms, each with a dining room. Two bedrooms with a double bed, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a baby bed, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom and 3 toilets complete the cottage. In each room you will find the atmosphere of the family homes of yesteryear. The farm is set in a green setting. A private terrace offers stunning views of the plain and the Vosges peaks. No noise, no negative waves. Here we are far from everything and yet the village of Labaroche with its shops is only a few minutes away. Colmar and many tourist attractions are only a few kilometers away. The "Ferme de l'oncle Jules" can be rented with the "Grenier". A retractable hatch with staircase allows the two cottages to communicate to form a single space. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool located on the estate. This pool is common to all our cottages. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 in cash will be requested upon arrival and will be returned if no damage is found and if the gîte is left in a satisfactory state of tidiness and cleanliness. The final cleaning is of course included in the rental price.
