The space This beautifully presented ground-floor apartment forms a private, self-contained part of our family home, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat with its own entrance. Guests can enjoy a lawned garden directly outside, with seating for alfresco dining and a BBQ—perfect for relaxed evenings after exploring Mousehole. A particular highlight is the unusually spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. Larger and better equipped than most one-bedroom properties in the village, the kitchen features a full-size fridge, oven, induction hob, and dishwasher, making it ideal for longer stays or guests who enjoy cooking. The stylish living space includes a TV with Amazon Firestick, offering all standard channels as well as Netflix. The bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed and a modern ensuite shower room, creating a calm and luxurious place to unwind. The apartment also benefits from a dedicated parking space—something of a rarity in Mousehole—making arrivals and day trips refreshingly easy. We do not charge a cleaning fee and simply ask that guests respect the apartment and leave it clean and tidy to help with smooth changeovers. Guest access The parking spot is just outside the garden and the property is on the east side of the village which means guests don't have to navigate the windy roads of Mousehole to get to us (those who have been here before will understand what a bonus this is!). The centre of the village is just a couple of minutes walk away. Access is step-free but the driveway is on a slope so please get in touch if you have any serious mobility problems and we'll see how we can adjust this for you.
