Your 49m² open-plan studio cabin is designed with earthy tones, that’ll make you feel like you’ve hugged a tree without getting sap on your shirt. 4 cabins are connected to the main house via timber walkways, yet remain totally private. WHAT’S IN YOUR CABIN? Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty: • Beds that scream luxury - A king-size bed & a single bed with mattresses so comfy, you’ll wake up thinking you’re in a 5-star hotel (without the room service prices). • A nature-inspired colour palette. Because who wouldn’t want their cabin to match the great outdoors? • Recently renovated everything. Yep, we’ve spared no expense to make sure your stay is as schmick as possible. COOKING UP A STORM? TOO EASY. Your self-contained cabin has: • A fully stocked kitchenette – with a fridge, microwave & a portable cooking grill so you can prepare meals in the cabins without flatlining your wallet at the local restaurants. • A full-sized outdoor BBQ - for your snags & prawns (or veggie patties if that’s your jam). • Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & enough utensils to whip up anything from toasties to a basic family meal. • Morning essentials: We haven't forgotten a coffee machine to kickstart your day (because no one can be zen without caffeine) with fresh milk, cereals, biscuits, jams & teas in your room. If that’s not enough to make mornings tolerable, we don’t know what is. Oh, and did we mention the air-con, heating & ceiling fans? Whether it’s scorching or chilly, you’ll be as comfy as a kangaroo in the shade. PRIVACY? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED. Each cabin has its own separate entrance and will be open for your arrival. No awkward small talk with strangers here, although we reckon we have the friendliest hosts in the whole of Byron! HOUSE RULES 🌿🏡 We’re stoked to have you consider us, and to make sure everyone has a ripper time, we’ve put together some friendly house rules which we think are important to communicate to you, right up front, before you book: PARENTS, KEEP AN EYE ON THE RUGRATS 👶👀 Our property is as Aussie as it gets, complete with natural creeks, dams & waterways for that picture-perfect rainforest sort of vibe. While thousands of families have stayed here without a hitch, these water features aren’t fenced - so keep an eye on your little adventurers. Think of it this way: You’re their lifeguard, safety patrol & wildlife spotter all rolled into one! If you’re not up for the challenge, we totally get it & reckon another property might suit you better. By booking here, you’re agreeing to this responsibility—and hey, think of it as a great way to stay fit, running after the kiddos! PARTY ANIMALS, LEAVE THE RAVE FOR ANOTHER CAVE 🐨🎉 This is a chill zone, not a rave cave. If you’re here for peace, quiet & the sounds of nature (or Netflix with wine), you’re in the right place. Excessive noise or wild parties will put a damper on everyone’s holiday vibe, so let’s keep it mellow. And sorry, only registered guests are allowed on the property - no surprise extras or gate-crashers, please. FOR THE PET-LOVING CREW 🐾 We love your fur babies as much as you do, but let’s keep things above board: Cabins 1, 4 & 5 are the only pet-friendly ones—no sneaky smuggling Fido into the others (Cabins 2 & 3), alright? In the cabins, our lounges & beds are off-limits for your four-legged mates (we’ve got luxury linens that don’t mix well with paw prints). If the fur flies, there’s a $75 cleaning fee. Pets in our resort pool? Nope. Our designer sun loungers are for human bums only & our pool is strictly for non-furry swimmers. Break this rule, and you may not love the $150 pool cleaning fee. Also, no pets are to be left alone in the cabin—ever. It’s just not on, for them or for us. And sadly, we’ve got to say no to cats altogether. They’re top-notch escape artists, and this property just isn’t suited to their mysterious ways. NATURE LOVERS, MEET THE LOCALS 🐨🐍 You’ll be on 15 glorious acres of Aussie rainforest, so don’t be surprised if you bump into some of the locals: koalas, birds, snakes, and the odd cane toad might pop by to say g’day. They’re mostly chill, but as with all wildlife, it’s best to admire them from afar and let them do their thing, especially if you’re pets are nearby. Your cabin is your private oasis, but you’ve also got full run of the communal areas. Stroll the beautiful grounds, whip up a feast in the outdoor kitchen, challenge someone to a fierce game of ping pong or table tennis, and settle in for movie night under the stars at the outdoor TV area. Need to cool off? The resort pool is calling, complete with shade umbrellas and designer sun lounges that might just make you feel like a VIP. But sorry, not sorry, the laundry is off-limits. It’s where our hardworking washers and dryers are flat out keeping the linens and towels fresh for you and all our guests. Trust us, there’s nothing glamorous about hanging out with a pile of sheets. Stick to the fun stuff! Other things to note TECH LOVERS, A LITTLE HEADS-UP 📡📴 Our mobile & internet coverage can be a bit like spotting a koala—mostly reliable, but occasionally elusive. We’ve done our best with a telco tower upgrade in Ballina and maxed out our internet plans to give you the best shot at streaming cat videos. That said, if you’re a full-on Wi-Fi warrior who needs warp-speed uploads and downloads 24/7, this might not be your digital paradise. Most guests find it totally fine, but every now and then, the signal might take a little nap, especially if the local towers are feeling a bit overloaded. Log off & log on to life, eh?
