Amazing view by the ocean, Malmoe/Lund/Copenhagen

This is a one of a kind place... Placed in Habo Ljung, Sweden's surf mecka you find this charming little house with an outstanding view over the ocean, the bridge, Malmoe and Copenhagen. Habo Ljung is a small beachmecka with approx 100 houses, placed inbetween the two villages of Bjärred and Lomma and only 10 minutes away from Malmoe and Lund. The space You have the ocean just outside the padiodoor and next to it you also find a nice little pier. In the sourondings you will find both a golfcourse, naturereserve and farms with horses etc and not to forget one of Sweden´s best beaches. The house is approx 60 Sq meters and has one double bed, 1 bedsofa and extra airmadresses if needed. The house is simple but with an breathtaking view and rent includes sheets, towels and cleaning. In the house you find an entrace, family/dinner/TV room, one bedroom, small kitchen and toilet. Next to the house there is a annex of 30 Sq meters and in the annex there is a washingmachine and tumble dryer. The room is best suited to 2 adults alt 2 adults and max 3 kids, there is also a television, fiber WIFI and microwave. This is an affordable and amazing experience living with the ocean as the closest neighbour. We appreciate guests who enjoy our neighbourhood and wishes to stay longer, hence there is a weekly and monthly discount.
