HOLIDAY CHALET My accommodation is at the gates of the Mercantour National Park where Lake Allos is located (the highest natural altitude lake in Europe); it is 3 km from the village and shops, the leisure center and the ski lifts of the Seignus resort (mountain bike trails in summer and skiing in winter), the exceptional view, the sunny exposure (southwest) will make it an ideal setting for family holidays or with friends. The space Fully-equipped chalet: - equipped kitchen, with 5-burner stove, 90 cm oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue appliances... - laundry area with washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board - living room with satellite TV, sofa bed (140) - Separate toilet - bathroom with double vanities with corner bathtub, towel dryer, hair dryer - 2 bedrooms, including 1 on the mezzanine, with 140 cm beds - 2 large terraces equipped with garden furniture, pergola, dining area, barbecue, plancha (only in summer) - large independent and private land (common entrance with the owners' home) Guest access The entire cottage is available for your use as well as a large part of the land to enjoy the outdoors :-) Other things to note For the winter season, a wood stove will serve as your main heating and will warm your body and mind after a good day spent outdoors in the snow. Wood is provided free of charge for the duration of your rental (as far as electricity consumption is concerned, a package of 40 kW/day is included in the price; beyond that a supplement of 0.21 cents will be applied). Please note, linens (bed linen, towels, kitchen towels) are not provided; if you wish to choose the "linen option" so as not to be encumbered, this is possible on request, at a rate of €12 per person. We also offer a "cleaning" option for €75. A tourist tax is levied by the municipality: allow for a surcharge depending on the number of people and the number of days booked.
