Apartment nestled in the hills of Chianti Classico, in the village of Tregole, 5 km from Castellina in Chianti. Casa Cinzia is a private apartment in a typical Tuscan farmhouse. Suitable for those who want to spend a vacation immersed in nature in complete relaxation and silence. Ideal starting point for visiting the most important places in Tuscany. The apartment is equipped with all comforts. Linen included in the price. Children are welcome The space The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a dressing room. Ideal accommodation for families with children (even small ones). A crib and high chair are available at no extra cost. Games for children are also available. Parking is free and private, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, kettle and toaster. Bathroom and bedroom linens will be provided and included in the price. Pool towels are not provided. You will each have only one change available for the entire stay. There is the possibility of having additional changes for longer stays but in this case there will be an additional cost of 6 euros per person. EXTRA COSTS: HEATING: In winter, the use of heating will be charged, it must be paid "according to use", with meter reading at the time of arrival and departure. The cost of LPG may vary from year to year. If you wish, you can request the cost of LPG per cubic meter even before confirming your reservation. At check-in you will have to pay the tourist tax of €2 per person per night. Children under 14 are exempt from paying the tourist tax. For stays of two weeks, the tax must be paid only for the first week of stay. Guest access The garden is very large and for the exclusive use of guests. It is located adjacent to the pool area (which is for shared use). The garden is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The swimming pool will only be open in June, July, August, and September. The opening/closing date of the pool may vary each year.
