La Lamia has comfortable furnishings. Close to the large heated pool (from 4/15 to 10/15 min. 24°) and Jacuzzi (heated up to 38° for a fee), surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. The bedrooms are quiet and have a high level of privacy. It has heating with radiators and air conditioning. Full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. Kitchenette complete with all necessary items and dishwasher. Beautiful outdoor area with table, chairs, and barbecue. The space This house has a barrel roof with exposed stone, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa that can become a bed, a small kitchen and a beautiful outdoor patio equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue. This outdoor space is private and full of flowers, with a view of the pool around the patio. Guest access Our property has three distinct homes that can accommodate a maximum of three families. They are detached from each other and each has its own private area, maximum privacy and silence. Then there are common areas that everyone can attend: the swimming pool, the solarium, the Jacuzzi, the garden, the vegetable garden, the tree house, the yoga and fitness room, bike rental, etc. Other things to note We are an eco-friendly facility, we minimize the use of plastic, we produce our electricity with photovoltaic panels and hot water with thermal panels, and we have a charging socket for electric cars. Breakfast is not included, but can be requested at an additional cost. We can also provide beach/pool towels at an additional cost. There is a fee for using the washing machine, it costs €5 per wash. Bike rental and Jacuzzi heating up to 38° are also available for a fee.
