Close to all the city's services between Elda and Monovar. Easy access to the highway and 25 minutes from cities such as Alicante or Elche. The rooms are equipped with all kitchen utensils, bathroom and also with various entertainment. The space It is a very quiet and comfortable place, a family house that is a century old and completely renovated. It is a place that invites you to relax and forget everyday stress, but with the option of getting to Alicante and its beaches in a few minutes by car. Guest access You have a large patio where it is very cool in summer, with a large table to eat outside. You have a kitchen with a living room and fireplace, where you are very comfortable in winter by the fire. Outside you have large terraces next to the pool, where there is a barbecue and a wood oven where you can make some very tasty pizzas. We have a garden and a large pine forest. There is an enclosed area of the house that can accommodate more guests. If there are more people, you can look for the same house with an option for 10 or 16 guests, expandable with one more room with 4 beds. The house is designed for you to enjoy with family or friends. I live in another house 2 km from there in case you need me at any time. Being a property with two independent homes, the parking area and pool are shared for both homes. You have all kinds of services within a 5-minute drive in Elda and Monovar (the villa is right in the middle of the two towns).
