A free parking space for one car is also available on the property. Other things to note ■ Please note This property is located in a natural environment surrounded by forest. Even after cleaning, insects may occasionally enter. We appreciate your understanding of this as part of staying close to nature. For the consideration of neighboring residents, please make a reservation only if you agree to all of the following: ・Pets are not allowed. ・Please remove your shoes before entering the rooms. ・Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property and inside the villa. (If there is any smell or trace of tobacco, a deodorization fee of 30,000 JPY plus compensation for damages may be charged.) ・Please accurately declare the number of guests and do not use extra bedding or towels beyond that number. (If evidence of extra guests is found, an additional $50 USD per person per night will be charged.) ・If you take towels from the room, a 1,000 JPY fee will be charged. ・Only registered guests are allowed on the property. ・Please refrain from actions that may disturb neighbors, including loud talking, playing music, parties, fireworks, or gatherings. (Especially after 9 PM, please be quiet.) If there is significant violation of the above rules, complaints from neighbors, property damage, or costs for cleaning/restoration arise, the actual costs and damages may be charged. For noise issues, if there is no improvement after warning, the police may be notified, and early eviction or penalties may apply.
