A comfortable, quiet and simple coastal hinterland retreat with swimming pool and spa. Sleeps 8 with large comfortable beds (additional cost of $30/ per night/ per person for any guests over 8 ) Set on 125 ac cattle farm with a 2 ac house paddock with native bush, fruit trees, birds and wallabies. The space Awesome location with amazing views and heaps to do. Outdoor fire. Peace and quiet with complete privacy. Open living space with large dining table. Large but simple kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and big fridge / freezer. Smart TV with DVD player. No WiFi however mobile reception is good so bring your own devices if required. Air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. King bed, queen bed and two king single bunks. NOTE: Do not follow Google maps as it will direct you to Hubbards Rd South which does NOT connect to Hubbards Rd North. Access to Hubbards Rd North is via Wattley Hill Rd. Pets outside only can be contained in the fenced pool area. Pet poo must be picked up prior to departure. Guest access The shed is for farm equipment and not part of the rental. Do not enter sheds. Access to Hubbards Rd North is via Wattley Hill Rd Other things to note We rely entirely on rainwater so please be sensitive with water use. No need to bring bottled water as our kitchen tap is charcoal filtered and the best water you will taste. We may need to come up every couple of days to add chlorine to the pool. We are accessed by good quality gravel roads. There are small supermarkets at Bulahdelah, Smiths lake and Blueys Beach. If you need large supermarkets then Forster or Taree are about 40 minutes drive.
