The house is situated in the bustling town of Warrenpoint on the shores of Carlingford Lough with spectacular views of the Mourne and Cooley Mountains. There are plenty of attractions near by for all ages and in the perfect location to explore the Mourne mountains, enjoy local walking and cycling trails and the great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Located 2hrs from Dublin and 1hour from Belfast it is a perfect position to enjoy the East Coast. The space This cosy home with an open plan living area in the kitchen and dining room is simple in decor inside but allows the scenery to remain the star attraction. The downstairs rooms and two bedroom upstairs all have seating in the window to allow you to relax, unwind and take in the view. There is a wood burning stove to add to the cosy feel on cooler evenings. If the weather is nice there is a table and chairs in the small, private courtyard to the back of the property. Enjoy getting back to basics and switch off from everyday life with a selection of board games, jigsaw puzzles and music. There is no tv in the property but fast wifi is available to help you stay connected. Storage is available for mountain bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc. High chair, travel cot also available on request.
