Guesthouse near nature reserve in Zwolle

We live on the dike at nature reserve de Vreugderijkerwaard on the IJssel. We own a converted farmhouse here with a front house, haystack and 2 barns. We live in the farmhouse ourselves. We are still renovating. In one of the barns, a space has been created, consisting of a living/sitting/bedroom. Kitchen, toilet and shower. All private for the guests. Also a west-facing terrace. The space has a lot of privacy and a beautiful view of the dike. Also parking! The space Bedroom/living room: bed of 1.80 x 2.20. Hanging/sideboard. Seat with 2 chairs and a table. TV and wood stove. Terrace: table with 4 chairs. Kitchen: fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, Senseo, kettle, hob (4 burners). Pans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, etc. Hand towel, tea towel and dish towel. Table with 2 chairs. Toilet. Shower room: shower, separate toilet, sink with mirror. Towels and washcloths. Outside: South facing terrace with table and 4 chairs. Parking space. Zwolle: Zwolle has a historic city center with many attractions, such as Museum de Fundatie and Waanders in de Broeren, restaurants that are famous for their culinary delights such as De Librije, cozy terraces and pubs, a cozy city center with welcoming shoppers and of course plenty of opportunities for an evening out, such as theater Odeon de Spiegel. Nearby: 100 meters away from our farm is the Vreugdehoeve (sheep farm with restaurant). From our location, there are many cycling routes, including a tour of Zwolle, junction routes, etc. Guest access Parking is available on the premises near the space. Other things to note If you want to come with more people, then consult with us in advance: dieny65 at hotm..... We have 2 large shepherd dogs and a cat. The youngest dog is outside a lot. He is cheerful, playful, carefree but very sweet. Note: There are stable windows in the room. In very strong winds from the south/southwest, it can therefore be somewhat drafty in the room. We are not allowed to modify these windows due to the fact that the property is a monument. Of course, there is central heating, but also a wood-burning stove that can be used. Tourist tax: As of January 1, 2025, the municipality of Zwolle will charge 3.00 per person per night in tourist tax. This amount must be paid to us separately (cash or via Tikkie). When booking, you may also indicate that 1 person is coming (even if 2 are coming), which will save half of the tourist tax.
