The Best City and Habour Views (Roof View Room)

A sunny well equipped house, a spacious and warm Airbnb room. 5 minutes from the Courtenay Place entertainment area. Out my back gate, Wellington's Green Belt. It’s a 3 bedrooms house, 1x Airbnb, my bedroom, the 3rd bedroom is an office come art studio and storage. I had 2 dogs, Hattie a 4 year old Boxer/Pitbull cross and Nina, a Border Collie, English Pointer/Labrador mix but Hattie now resides in Melbourne leaving just Nina. The space Come and check my views, they are second to none, the photos do not do them justice. The room available is very spacious and warm, with some morning sun. There is a good quality custom long double bed (Queen length, Double width) with good quality cotton sheets, the Duvet is made of pressed wool. My kitchen is great for entertaining, and I'm not adverse to my guests inviting a small number (max 6) of guests up to dine, or pre drinks (moderation preferred) before hitting town. Should the weather be inclement, or you wish to entertain guests then there is plenty of media to entertain. The home theatre has a Mac Mini computer integrated into it. I own hundreds of great DVDs. To date, 5+ of the people I've had come to stay, have been relocating to work in IT. I've taken some pleasure in helping out to get them settled and orientated. 4 are now living and working in Wellington in our burgeoning IT industry. Guest access All my guests will have access to all the houses facilities, this includes fibre wireless broadband. I also supply a delicious natural mineral water for all my guests to enjoy. During your stay I will interact as little or as much as my guests desire. I'm very sociable and have an excellent knowledge of Wellington and it's surrounding environs. Other things to note There is close at hand driving access, but if you're on foot there are 130 steps. I've been walking these since childhood, they are easy to deal with and deliver you close to the city's main entertainment precinct, Courtenay Place. Te Papa, our National museum and Tākina, Wellington’s new convention centre, are visible from my front window and minutes to walk to.
