Complex Amenities: Access to the Lobby, Picnic Area, and Children's Play Area. Pool Access (with charge): Enjoy the complex pool, open Tuesday–Sunday (6 AM–10 PM). Pool Policy (Managed by Property Admin): Fee: ₱150 per person on weekdays | ₱300 per person on weekends & holidays. Limit: Only 2 authorized guests can use the pool at a time, per Property Management Policy. A pool stub must be obtained from the Admin Office (Tower 1, 7th Floor).
