Rental unit in Rüdesheim am Rhein

Great recreational value in the idyllic Rheingau - very close to the vineyards in a quiet location. The spacious and lovingly furnished guest room has a south-facing balcony with beautiful views and sun. My guests are allowed to use the kitchen for breakfast and there is also a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom with shower is a shared bathroom, which is also used by my roommate, who has lived in the attic studio since September 23. A hospitable golden retriever also lives in the house. The space There is also my office in the property, so the house also has a very well functioning Wi-Fi. My roommate, a very nice student, has lived in the attic studio since September 2023. We are a quiet and hospitable community here and we look forward to welcoming guests who are looking for relaxation. Guest access The house is situated in a beautiful and very quiet residential area in Rüdesheim, on the edge of the vineyards. The old town can be reached on foot in approx. 15-20 minutes. The train station can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. Free street and surrounding side street parking is available. During your stay I live in the house myself and am always available. There have already been many nice encounters from all over the world in our kitchen when guests want communication. Other things to note I am happy to give my guests tips on leisure activities and gastronomic highlights in the Rheingau.
