This split level 2 bedroom 2 bath house is our home. The rental Airbnb room, can house up to two adults. Your room has a queen bed with side tables and lamps with USB receptacles. A table and 2 chairs, a bureau, a closet, a 40” smart TV complete the room. The shared space includes 2 bathrooms, one with a deep clawfoot tub and a 2nd bathroom with a step-in shower. A fully equipped laundry room is included. The shared living, dining, and kitchen spaces are on the main floors shared houseor The space Our home is near University of Chicago, Jackson Park, Museums and Lake Parks. Hyde Park is down the street where every food restaurant delight is available. Downtown Chicago is 9 miles north. Visiting medical students; we are two miles from University of Chicago Medicine and one mile from Jackson Hospital. Guest access Parking on the street is generally available in front or nearby. A parking permit is needed and we will provide that for you. No parking in the handicap permitted zone next door. During your stay I tend to keep to myself, often working in my ceramic studio. I’m also happy to share an occasional meal or watch a movie but often you will have the shared spaces to yourself. I keep an average temperature of 75 degrees which can be adjusted slightly for your needs. Other things to note Long-term stays over 30 days up to 60 days available and have a 25% discount.
