Guest access The apartment sits on the lower floor of Donna's Art House. You have full and private use of the apartment, outdoor sitting area, and the pool. You have shared use of the 2 acre grounds with the owners. Other things to note Please note the property is on UV-filtered tank water, the toilets are connected to a septic system.
