The space The apt (85 sq meter) is composed of 2 bedrooms: one with large king size bed (220x200 cm), the other one with one single bed + extra folding bed (comfortable); a living room with TV, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine available), a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilets. The terrace (15 sq m) is equipped of a table and 4 chairs. The apt is located on the 6th floor with elevator up to 5th floor. No AC but efficient ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms + additional fan in living room. APt rental officially registered with the Paris municipality. Guest access Guests will feel confortable and make themselves at home. Family friendly. Other things to note Apt available all year long (3 nights minimum). Bed linens and towels provided. Summer: no Air Conditioning but efficient ceiling fans available in each bedroom. Winter: Electric heating set on 18°C (extra cost for higher temperature). weekly stay & over: apt cleaning required every 4 days (cleaning lady provided); cost charged to guests (2h for 35€).
