The apartment is located in the town of Erfenbach and is under a 9 mile (15 min) commute to Ramstein AB; 6 miles to Kapaun / Vogelweh; 4 miles to Rhine Ordinance Barracks; and 15 miles to Sembach. The property allows access to a large field giving way to plenty of hiking / jogging paths and biking trails. The apartment has a separate entrance and is fully furnished. Located on a quiet street with a culdesac. Big living room with smart-TV, DVD-Player, sleeper couch, and electric blinds. Kitchen has a dining area and everything you need for cooking, including a microwave and freezer. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and fresh towels. Bedroom has a comfortable full size bed, including sheets, comforter, pillows, and window blinds. A 110V transformer is available. There is guaranteed on-street private parking right in front of the apartment. Within walking distance (the apartment is located on a little hill) is a local bakery, butcher shop, hair saloon, restaurants, and bus stops. The train station is located just 5 min by car and 20 min by walking away in the next town Otterbach, parking is available for free. Other stores / shops, gas stations, supermarkets, bakeries, and several good restaurants are also located just 5 min away in the town Otterbach. Guest access The apartment is private and has a separate entrance. Other things to note We provide free bed sheets and towels, please make sure you bring everything else for your stay you may need. Parking in front of the house for free. We are sorry, but we can´t accept VAT-forms because our prices are without tax.
