Our stylish villa is attractively placed in a prime location next to the beach and offering a superb comfort. The house is modern, very well equipped and perfect for a pleasant holiday. It is adorned with an ample garden and terraces with a view at the sea. Our cozy village has many restaurants, bars, and shops - all at a short walking distance. Our geographical location is inviting you to visit by car or by boat many delightful cultural places nearby. The space Being 10 meters from the beautiful pebble beach, yet having top comfort, peace and privacy in your own garden is a special advantage of the house. Along the promenade next to the house there are café bars and restaurants and various activities are offered on the beach. Groceries and fresh fruit, vegetables, fish of daily catch you can get in 5 minutes walking distance. You can of course cook in a fully equipped modern kitchen, make your own barbeque, but also we recommend you to enjoy the local food from the restaurant just beside, or even you can order food directly served to your house from the nearby delicious restaurants. Gradac is the most southern tourist town on the Makarska Riviera and it is very conveniently located to make half-day or daily trips. If you would like to combine your stay with visiting some pretty Dalmatian cities nearby, we recommend to take a car or a cab and visit e.g. medieval city of Trogir and Dalamatian capital Split with its beautiful promenade and the old city with the palace of the Roman Emperor Dioclecian; or visit the Mediterranean jewel Dubrovnik with its fabulous old city- heritage of UNESCO. You may as well take a boat trip directly from Gradac to charming island and city of Korcula, and visit the house of Marco Polo. For those who love sports, besides enjoying the sea of course, you can go biking or hiking - there are wonderful possibilities to do so following the trail for many kilometers near the sea, or go all the way up the high mountain starting directly from the house. You can also visit Biokovo National Park. Biokovo is the highest mountain in the Mediterranean next to the sea. You can visit it by car, hike or bike there - is only 35 km away - and enjoy the magnificent views on the entire Dalmatia from almost 2000 m height. Towards the interior, one hour away you can visit Mostar, its picturesque Turkish old city is included in the UNESCO heritage with his famous bridge an lots of tiny shops of arts and crafts. Other things to note Two parking spots are available, one of them in front of the house, the other one nearby due to limited parking spots directly along the seaside.
