The space The accommodation consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven/microwave, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... Table for 4, large sofa, TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The bedroom 1 has a very comfortable Queen Size bed 160x200 & wardrobe. Bathroom with bath. The bedroom 2 has a very comfortable bed 140x200 & wardrobe. Private bathroom with bath. Terrace 13m2. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Departures are before 11am.
