Semi Rural, Amazing Views, Pets are welcome

Lovely farmhouse surrounded by fields with estuary views, yet only 5 minutes away from supermarket, cinema, pubs, etc. The house has got a Kingbed master bedroom, ensuite shower and a click sofa bed. There is also 1 double bed room and an attic room with 2 single beds. It doesn’t have everywhere full head height but still plenty of space. The lounge with a TV and 3 sofas, another TV in the conservatory and 2 sofas of which one is a sofa bed. 2 TVs, lounge, snug, large kitchen. The space The attic bedroom has not everywhere full head height, but is perfectly suitable for sleeping and still offers plenty of room despite being underneath the roof and has got 2 velux windows. There is a main bathroom with a bath and shower over bath. The spacious lounge has got 3 sofas. In addition to the central heating there is also a gas fire. The conservatory is equipped with 2 two seaters of which 1 is a sofa bed and a TV with built in DVD player. This room is very suitable as a second lounge. Or additional bedroom. The kitchen is spacious with a large farmhouse table and a new electric range cooker which has been fitted in June 2023. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes by car. Conwy Castle is about 5-10 minutes by car and if you like to visit castles you will be spoilt for choice as North Wales is full of them! There are many different outdoor activities like, mountain walking, climbing, sailing, golfing, shooting, surfing, zip wire, etc. Just too many to name them all. Guest access There is plenty of outside parking and the driveway is accessed by manual gates. If you come with a dog and wish to have a dog crate then please request it. We have got an XXL dog crate available. Please also let us know how many dogs you intend to bring. Other things to note Please make sure you recycle your rubbish as the general bin only gets emptied every 4 weeks and is not meant to be used for food, paper or plastic. The bin collection day is Friday and if you are at the property Thursday night we would ask you to put the bins outside the gates. Thank you.
